Stephanie has been married for 20+ years and has two beautiful children. Her son is a recent Springboro graduate and attends University of Memphis as a Division 1 Cross Country/Track and Field athlete. Her daughter is a student at Springboro Intermediate and has been cheerleading for over seven years. Her family enjoys traveling to new places, as well as hiking, camping, snorkeling, surfing, or any outdoor activity. She and her family are strong advocates for the City of Springboro and understand that supporting small business allows for growth and success for the community.
Laurie Hurlburt
Laurie Hurlburt serves as our dedicated Administrative Assistant and Client Services Manager, bringing years of experience in leadership and client support. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Laurie has accumulated expertise across diverse industries including automotive, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. She has built a reputation as a resourceful leader committed to exceptional customer service, adeptly managing various responsibilities such as client engagement and support, allowing Stephanie to maximize her productivity. Laurie holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, resides in Springboro with her husband and two children, and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Grace Kavanaugh
Grace Kavanaugh serves as our Appointment Setter and Social Media Manager, overseeing our pre-sales division and acting as the initial point of contact for client sales. She excels in creating compelling content for Stephanie Iiams-USA Benefits Group, encouraging clients to connect with us through our social media channels to discover more about our team and core values.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys reading, music, attending concerts, boating, and sunny days. She also actively volunteers for local organizations in the Springboro area.
